E.F. Higgins III (b.1949) is an American mail artist, painter, printmaker and artistamp creator active mainly in New York City who got involved in the movement in 1974. He created his own zip code (10000), an extremely difficult task, and named it Doo-Da Post, a name that came from a line in a Stephen Foster song "Camptown Races" and connotes to him a happiness at working.
